Submissions
Submission Preparation Checklist
As part of the submission process, authors are required to check off their submission's compliance with all of the following items, and submissions may be returned to authors that do not adhere to these guidelines.
- The submission is original and has not been previously published (online or otherwise), nor is it before another journal for consideration (or an explanation has been provided in Comments to the Editor).
- The submission file is in Microsoft PowerPoint (documentation), or Word document (manuscript) file format. Creative submissions may be submitted in additional formats. Please contact the Editor-in-Chief prior to submission if this is the case.
- Where available, URLs for the references have been provided.

Submission format for documentation: PowerPoint slides with a title page containing the title, author’s name, and affiliation; the title page may contain photographs that represent the work (please see previous issues for examples). The pedagogical documentation should have a table of contents and a reference list. Format for letter-size paper, landscape orientation (not widescreen). The PowerPoint should not contain overwhelming graphics, effects, or decorative design elements. Please see the specific guidelines below.
- Submission format for written manuscript: Manuscripts should include title page; abstract; keywords; references, etc. Please see the template and more detailed instructions below. For alternative submissions, please contact the Editor-in-Chief for guidance.
- The text adheres to the stylistic and bibliographic requirements outlined in the Author Guidelines, which is found in About the Journal.
- If submitting to a peer-reviewed section of the journal, the instructions in Ensuring a Blind Review have been followed.

Signed photo permission forms must be submitted with your pedagogical documentation.
Please include ethics approval statement, if required.
